Don’t judge them by the color
Opened these and immediately showed my wife because they looked nothing like the gummies we usually buy. Definitely not bright little candy bears. She said “well you did order fruits AND vegetables” which, fair enough. I tried them before she did and actually really liked them. Then she wanted to try hers. We stood in the kitchen discussing gummy textures for longer than two adults probably should. Anyway, the appearance almost threw me off, but I’m glad it didn’t. The taste was a pleasant surprise and we both ended up happy with them.
I already make enough things that involve scooping, blending and washing something afterward. Nice to have a gummy that requires absolutely none of that.
Still eating my actual fruits and vegetables, obviously. Just enjoying these alongside my usual food. They taste good and don’t feel like another task on the list.
“Mushroom gummy” took a little explaining to my brain. I kept imagining something savory, even though nothing said it would taste like dinner. Opened the first packet with very low expectations and ended up enjoying it. The flavor is unusual enough that I paid attention, but not unpleasant or something I had to get through. A few days in, the mushroom part stopped seeming strange. Now I’m just opening a packet and getting on with breakfast. Glad I tried them instead of spending another month wondering what they’d be like.
Finished the serving, but didn’t look forward to trying another. That sugary taste just isn’t for me. I will say that the mushrooms are strong and are noticeably felt. Focus is an understatement
Tried my first serving before breakfast and found the sweetness a little much. The next day I had them after lunch instead, which suited my taste better. Carried on that way for several days and started enjoying them more. I like the gummy itself, especially the texture. I’d still pick a less-sweet version if there were two sitting side by side. But these aren’t going to become another half-finished pack forgotten at the back of my cupboard. Happy to keep taking them.
The natural taste is why I like these. I know that probably won’t be everyone’s favorite part, but please don’t change it into another super sweet gummy. My first packet was a pleasant surprise because I’d expected something closer to candy. A few days later I caught myself looking forward to that little gingery finish after breakfast. You notice it, but it doesn’t take over the whole flavor. Already told my sister about them, although she hates ginger, so that might have been a pointless recommendation.
At one point I had three mugs on my desk and couldn’t remember which coffee was newest. That’s when I started looking at other formats. These aren’t replacing the coffee I actually sit down and enjoy. They’re for the times I don’t feel like making another drink just to abandon it beside my laptop. Tried them on a few separate afternoons and liked the chew from the start. By the third time, I was looking forward to taking them. Also nice to have a little more room for the actual work on my desk.
I’m one of those people who likes the smell of coffee much more than the taste. A caffeine gummy makes sense for me. Enjoyed these the first time and still enjoyed them several days later, which isn’t always the case with gummies I buy. Nothing to stir or sip. I appreciate that.
Mostly peach with a little tang at the end. My taste buds say pineapple but I wouldn’t swear to it. I like that it isn’t just one flat sweet flavor all the way through. The texture is a little softer than my ideal, which is where the missing star went. After several days I’d gotten used to it, though. These have become my little after-dinner thing. Nice to take something from the beauty cupboard that I actually enjoy instead of just thinking well, I paid for it, better finish it.
Pineapple was my first thought. Then I tried them again the next day and thought, no, there’s something peachy happening too. Either way, these taste much more interesting than the usual vaguely fruity gummy. I opened my first packet while getting ready for brunch and actually stopped doing my makeup for a second to figure out the flavor. A few days in, I was looking forward to that part of getting ready. Too early for me to say anything about my hair or nails, but enjoying something enough to keep taking it is a good start.
Nearly left these at the hotel after a wedding weekend. Found the remaining packets tucked into my makeup bag while doing that final check of the bathroom, and was genuinely relieved because I’d been enjoying them for the last few days. They have this soft tropical-fruit taste, not what I expected from a hair and nails supplement at all. At home I put them straight back with my getting-ready stuff rather than leaving them in the suitcase for three weeks like everything else lol. Still taking them, still happy to open a packet. The flavor hasn’t gotten boring on me.
We used to get those orange ice pops with the creamy middle from the ice cream truck. That’s what these reminded me of. Not exactly the same obviously, but enough that I recognised the combination immediately. Was eating my first serving while unpacking groceries and actually went back to the pouch to see what I’d ordered because I wasn’t expecting that from the protein one. A week later I’m still enjoying them. I’ve had plenty of protein products that I liked once and then got tired of. Hasn’t happened here. The creamy citrus thing works for me.
Took me a couple bites to place it. There’s a creamsicle sort of thing going on, which was pretty unexpected in a protein gummy. Most of the protein stuff I buy is chocolate or peanut butter, so this was a welcome change. It does lean a little more dessert-like than I personally need first thing in the morning. Started having mine later instead, and I enjoy them more that way. After a few days, the flavor was still the part I was looking forward to. Four stars because I’d prefer the sweetness dialed back slightly, but I like these overall.
The first serving made me go back for a closer look at the packaging. I could pick out something bright and citrusy, but couldn’t connect the rest of the flavor to anything familiar. Usually that would make me undecided about a product. Here, I liked it immediately. There’s a gentle tingling quality as you chew, which adds to how different it feels from an ordinary fruit gummy. After several mornings, I stopped trying to work out exactly what I was tasting and just enjoyed it. This is one of those purchases where the unfamiliar flavor turned out to be the best part.
okay what IS the flavor though. There’s definitely citrus, then something else I can’t put my finger on, and a little tingle on the tongue. First time I tried them I wasn’t sure about that last part. By the third or fourth day I knew what to expect and was actually enjoying it. It’s different without tasting strange in a bad way. I’d personally soften that tingling finish just a touch, but the flavor itself is really good. Much more interesting than another gummy that tastes vaguely like orange. I keep trying to name the other note and getting nowhere.
Acv gummies made me think of either something very sour or something sugary covering up the vinegar. These weren’t either of those things to me. There’s a bit of ginger, and the whole flavor is less sweet than I imagined. Took a serving while cleaning up breakfast the first day, then did the same thing for the next few mornings. By the weekend it was something I was happy to remember, rather than another purchase staring at me from the counter. The ginger is subtle enough for me. My husband noticed it immediately. funny how differently people taste things
My coffee is the one thing in the morning I don’t experiment with. Bought these because I could try a mushroom blend without adding anything to it. The first couple of days I kept reaching toward the cupboard out of habit, then remembering the packets were beside my breakfast things. By the end of the week I had the new arrangement figured out. I genuinely like taking them. Was expecting the gummy format to be merely tolerable, so actually enjoying the flavor was a bonus.
My first packet went into my work bag and stayed there for two days because I forgot about it. Found it while searching for a pen. Tried the gummies that afternoon, liked them, and brought another packet the next day. That’s been more practical for me than buying a drink whenever I’m out. They do taste a bit sweeter than I’d choose, so four stars feels right. After several days I was remembering to pack them without having to leave myself a reminder. Small win.
