Refund & Return Policy — Raw Foods

At Raw Foods, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we sell consumable goods (gummies, powders, and capsules), our refund and return policy is designed to ensure safety, fairness, and transparency.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets all requirements:

  • Product must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging

  • Returns are subject to a 30% processing and restocking fee

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout or as store credit (at our discretion)

  • Returned items must be received in resellable condition to qualify for a refund

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at info@rawfoods.com with your order number. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status

  • Approved refunds will be issued (minus processing fees) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer

  • Store credit may be offered at our discretion

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment only, subject to a 20% processing fee

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

Shipping & Liability

Domestic (U.S.) Orders

  • We are not responsible for packages once they are transferred to the carrier

  • For lost, delayed, or misdelivered orders, customers must file claims directly with the carrier

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees

  • No refunds will be issued for packages delayed, seized, or refused by customs

  • Customers must resolve customs issues directly with local authorities

Incorrect Addresses

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders shipped to the wrong address are non-refundable and non-replaceable

 

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@rawfoods.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Any opened or partially used products

  • Perishable goods (all gummies, powders, and capsules once unsealed)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To switch products:

  1. Follow the return process for the original order (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order separately

Delays & Lost Packages

  • We do not issue refunds for shipping delays caused by carriers

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we may offer store credit at our discretion
